A Complete Understanding ov the Diligence Involved

The Court Diligence shall be a post, filled by an individual wich best represents the {Kot~C} Knowledge ov the Court. A Diligence shall be assigned to every Judge presiding over a Child’s welfare.

To understand the diligence needed for the Court to fulfill all reservations with the occupancy ov Universal Order, it is better to understand each Panel Member as an {8/8 Part}. The Judge is a ninth {8/8 Part} and with the Court Diligence making it a {9/8 Part}. 

A Capacity Expert Panel Member {8/8 Part} in diligence is to know the adjacent Capacities’ Neurological and Physiological Effects and those Affective measures to the Capacity that they represent. After knowing that information they must further know ‘How, When. and If’ the Capacity that they represent is Effected/Affected by Capacities once, twice, and Psychological and Material may be treated as three times removed. i.e. A Capacity Expert must know how {7} Capacities work to and from the Capacity that they represent having SPIRIT as a part ov every Capacity. The Representative ov the Reproductive Capacity also represents the SPIRIT and vice versa.   

Whereas in Court’s diligence is in the Judges {8/8 Part} ‘Individual Child/Children,’ ‘Family,’ ‘Community, No Change, ‘COP Assistance,’ ‘Displacement,’ ‘Personal Knowledge ov the {8} Capacities’ are {7} diligence ov the Judge’s diligence and their {8th} diligence actually resides in the ‘Personal Capacity Knowledge,’ ov the Court Diligence. The {9th} diligence ov the Court is conserved to the Court. It is Family and Community together in regard to the Court’s itself existence. When the Judge is considering their due diligence to the ‘Individual Child,’  the consideration is from the perspectives ov, ‘No Change,’ ‘COP Assistance,’ or ‘Displacement,’ and the same with Family, and Community in all the ways that they may be considered. e.g. The Communities standing among {COPE} Core Occupational Parenting Economy Communities, financial, crime rate, single parent status, full Family status, retail, tourism, unemployment, automation projection, the {SoP} Stay ov Progress position, {P81} Pyramid 81 status, and any other considerations ov the Community’s, ‘No Change,’ ‘COP Assistance’ and or ‘Displacement,’ in the town, county, State, Nation, Wold, and Star~Ship or Solar~System. They consider all these things for the Family, and the Individual. 

The diligence ov the Process may accounted for in the completeness ov the steps in the procedure. The 1st diligence ov the Process is the Child’s Status Abuse ot Neglect. The 2nd diligence is the {CCT} Chief Capacity Threatened vote. As soon as the {CCT} Chief Capacity Threatened has been named, The Judge must deliver and Appraisal Package to the Panel ov {8} Capacity Experts. It is the 3rd diligence, comprised ov the Judge’s {8/8 Part} diligence and what has been learned up to the assignment ov the  {CCT}. The Appraisal Package must address the Judges concerns in this specific case ov, ‘No Change,’ ‘COP Assistance,’ or ‘Displacement,’ or any case ov, ‘No Change,’ ‘COP Assistance,’ or ‘Displacement.’ ‘Specific case,’ and ‘any case,’ are hard~guides, with information befitting one or the other but not both. If the information can and should be applied to every case, it is ‘any case,’ but information that can not and should not be applied to every case, but is relevant to the case or a group ov cases, is ‘specific case.’ With the previous understanding and application to documentation, the Judge may score an Appraisal’s 3rd portion combining ‘any case,’ and ‘specific case,’ as long as the 1st two portions are present as hard~guides. The {4th} diligence ov the Process is Planning for, ‘No Change,’ ‘COP Assistance,’ or ‘Displacement.’ Diligence number {5} is the vote, ‘No Change,’ ‘COP Assistance,’ or ‘Displacement.’ The {6th} diligence is the Completed Plan ov the vote, ‘No Change,’ ‘COP Assistance,’ or ‘Displacement.’ Number {7} is the losing voters must solve for or affix how all votes and decisions Cater to and Cure all Concerns ov the Appraisal Package, as part ov the Completed Plan. Diligence number {8} The losing voters compose a Check Package to be solve by the winning voters and the Court Diligence. The Check Package begs the scrutiny ov the process for eternity too come. It asks about all things uncommon, difficult or controversial, and it contrasts itself to checks that must be done in the future. It is a permanent record ov the future progress, achievements, and or failures ov the Court, the Panel and all ov their Members. The {9th} diligence is the solution to the Check Package Composition. All decisions must rely on the abilities and predicted abilities ov Society. The Check Package is for the consideration, how may this come back to bite us.

And as sure as uncombining the SPIRITUAL and Reproductive Capacities reveals {9} Human Capacities instead ov {8}, and in Universal Numbers {11} comes after {9} in the {10th} number position, and that {11} for Capacities is that wich must currently only be interpreted from the {8}/{9} Capacities; the Environmental Capacity. The Environmental Capacity would become far too redundant to include in the Human Capacities. The Panel has {8} Capacity Experts, plus the Court’s Judge is {9} and the Court’s Diligence is the {11th}. The most complete measure to the diligence ov this Process is {11} wich is to Assess and Understand how they have or have not made the Child/Children (a) Happier Person/Persons. Only the success at the {11th} diligence ov the Process, can justify its existence and existence itself. Will be happier is in future Checks, but it is the Check ov today wich assesses if the Child/Children even believe(s) that’s possible.
