What and Why a {COP} Core Occupational Parent is
A {COP} is a Core Occupational Parent. They are the key component to the Feature ov the {COPE} Core Occupational Parenting Economy wich is the Child. If the Child ov a {COP} is found to be in neglect, or abuse to any Capacit(y)ies at the fault ov any Family Member, the {COP} Core Occupational Parent shall forfeit payment ov the neglected or abused Capacit(y)ies, for the treatment ov the same Capacit(y)ies, but remain with payment for any Capacit(y)ies ov sound mind, body, and SPIRIT. The same shall be true for any Parent ordered to the {COPE} Core Occupational Parenting Economy, because abuse or neglect was found.
The goal is always to recreate or create a {TG1F} Targeted Genetic 1st Family, even if a vote to ‘Displace” has been arrived at. Displacement can not take part without utilizing a {COP} Family, having one {COP} Core Occupational Parent. Anyone receiving a Foster Child must be in mutually consented Advisement ov a {COP} or have submitted their application to the {COPE} Core Occupational Parenting Economy. If over time a Child/Children form Family outward from the point ov {TG1F} Targeted Genetic 1st Family and would be a disruption ov their place ov productivity in the Universe, they are not to be displaced again, but a {TG1FF} Targeted Genetic 1st Family Fluctuation will be the work load to fulfill. The goal is as close a relationship ov the immediacy ov the Genetic Bond as achievable. If a 67~year~old can stay productive with only the tolerance to speak “Hello,” once a month to their 45~year~old Offspring, who they’ve just met, and the 67~year~old can’t tolerate any more than that while maintaining productive existence, then that will be the goal ov maintenance with the mutual consent ov the Offspring. The {COP} Core Occupational Parent must still continuously seek to improve such a relationship, never exceeding the tolerance ov any Human Command Element.
All relationships must indulge a person’s ability to engage in the {“ONE PURPOSE”} Expansion ov Universe and Dimensional Space Continuum. If the {COPE} Core Occupational Parenting Economy causes a bunch ov grumpy old men, it is not serving the Universal Order ov the Human Command Specie. If grumpy men cause even Expansion in the {2} dependent planes ov physical existence however, then we certainly are fulfilling purpose for our existence. The {1st} dependent plane is Universe {U} or Space~Time Continuum {STC} while the {2nd} dependent plane ov physical existence is the {DSC} Dimensional Space Continuum.
