This Proposal is to do one thing; Escape entropy to flourish our Space~Age to every boundary ov the Universe. We mustn’t get wasted by our own machines. We must get the Universe’s interaction with Mother Earth to produce more than we use; that is bring up our Replenishment Rates. We must get Human Beings to support Subparticle Space. We must let our motions signal into Space extract just a Spec (Subparticle} of DYON Singularity to Ultra NYONIC environment ov Black~Hole Space, to reignite Suns.
I reason that the {COPE AI} Core Occupational Parenting Economy Amendment Inception, needs to make wealthy billionaires into quintillionaires. So that the basic Family in the {COPE} Core Occupational Parenting Economy has hundreds ov thousands more annually, than they do today, in support ov the much needed Reconstruction and continuous improvement demand for homes and businesses, while setting the intranational (inside America) market to a tourism caliber that has not been known on this Earth before. When You’re a Core Occupational Parent {COP}, You’ll have to engage in the Ballet, Arts and Entertainment, not mention Monster Trucks, tons ov involvement with Sports viewing and playing, hundreds ov classes and academic achievement from sewing to studio management, astrophysics and mechanics integrated with computer maintenance and servicing to camping, hunting and fishing, preindustrial existences, ov stone, bronze, and iron ages, will be available; a total return to farming, DIY home improvements not to forget novus Space Exploration, and the trials ov the most modern and futuristic amenities continuously as the American lifestyle. All ov it is pick and choose, totally voluntary.
Make no mistake, {COPE AI} depends on the Child’s and Parents Happiness, with as many abilities as Happiness will have. If a Child is only capable ov Happiness and not other abilities the Parent will be paid by the degree ov Happiness, wich hopefully, in the future we’ll be able to measure in the space around an individual. Happiness and pleasure are separate. We’re looking for Happiness in the finding that Life is Just. If an ability decreases Happiness it must reflect in a Parent’s pay. Happiness is 1st. If Parent feels unhappy about their Child’s achievement, even when it is its best, the {COT} Core Occupational Therapist is just as concerned with that Parent finding Happiness in perpetuating the Specie as such. The abilities are to provide Happiness, and Happiness to provide more abilities. Though we are far from such a place now, the drive ov the economy must bring us to such a place. The goal is to be able to live off the Land and be a Computer Expert at the same time.
{COPs} Core Occupational Parents and their {20 hrs} a work week, partners get paid so much to fully saturate the Human Birth in as much experience ov life as the Parents choose or as they can afford. The {COP} Core Occupational Parent will be asked to demonstrate what they and their offspring have learned, in their experiences to determine promotions for the {COP} Core Occupational Parent. The measure ov success will be the curation and end ov entropy, then the measure will simply be Your expandability ov our {U} Universe and the Space that holds it; the {DSC} Dimensional Space Continuum.
The Creation ov companies ov every sort dedicated to the fulfillment ov every Human life, due to the Command Element value to Existence Itself. Business should not even be speculating automation until Humans are in Universal Command ov our Airspace. With the employment ov {73,000,000} {COPs} Core Occupational Parents, the education and enlistment ov just as many {COTs} Core Occupational Therapists then {175,000,000} to own and work the businesses ov Intratourism, Continuous Education, and self betterment classes, leaving over {200,000,000} two hundred million previous positions to the Business Enrichment ov automation, without causing one unemployed Human for it. A huge portion ov educational requirements will be based on the dangers ov the Pre~Being Machine, and a Human observation that must stand true for the Human population, to keep us safe from machine revolution. The Human observation is as follows: “We do want the service ov machines that we can not or do not service.” Then education from as young as it can be taught will be to service the automation ov the Community. If Humans stand a chance against machine revolution. The Human ignorance ov machines must be eliminated.

Justice taught to Children like never before predictable, and a Parent’s teaching to their Child about everything in America, is without flaw. Contemplating the Universe as any part ov eternity must come with the acceptance that Expansion can be the only {“ONE PURPOSE”} ov physical existence. Not the uneven rapid expansion that we have been experiencing as the {2} dependent planes ov physical existence independently over and under compensate the absence ov the Command Element’s function, with 68% Dark~Energy, and 27% Dark~Matter. Such developments will simply not matter anymore. We need to employ ourselves as a Command Element in the Universe. Core Occupational Parenting Economy Amendment Proposal
Begin Amendment
All Children born to a Citizen ov the United States ov America are born with Inalienable Rights, practiced in the United States ov America, as determined by the United States Constitution. These shall be responsibly levied with the duties beneficial and befitting an individual and society. The aforesaid responsibilities and duties shall be appropriately levied solely by the Parent(s), being within the confines ov the Law ov the Land. The Parents are the complete Custodians ov the Child’s absolute but immature full American Rights. The Parent(s), shall, but not be required, to receive payment thereto aforementioned responsibilities and duties, at the grant ov The People. The Parent(s) may, but, need not, have benefit ov the those Experts in Assistance Enterprises, such as Homekeeping Companies, in the provisions ov the aforesaid responsibilities and duties to their Child/Children and their Society. They may, or not, collaborate in obtaining such assistance with persons having shared interest in the health and evelopment ov their Child/Children and other Children. So shall it be, unless, the Child/Children is/are proven, beyond a reasonable doubt, to be in neglect ov the health ov any ov the the Child’s/Children’s States/Capacities. Neglect may be found in any ov the States or Capacities ov the Human Existence: Physical, Psychological, Mental, Material, Emotional, Spiritual/Reproductive, Sociological, or Cognitive, well-being. If the Child is found to be in such a state as neglect, the appropriate motion to assist or separate the Parent(s) and Child/Children shall be made to begin the process by which they may be rejoined. The Mathematical process by which the vote shall determine the treatment ov the Family or its portion, embraces the concept ov Universal Mathematics; as ov yet still in discovery, but here to inspire confident anticipation. There Shall be a Court and to it’s selection or appointment, a Judge, presiding over a Panel ov {8}Eight Experts. One{1} Expert to each ov the {8}Eight Capacities ov the Human Existence. The motion ov intervention shall be contingent on {2/3}two thirds or greater fractional part ov some Official Policing Body. e.g. Two ov three Police Officers, or {5} neighbors, or the Parent ov (a) Child/Children in question.

Abuse shall be determined on a Child by Child basis and never by generalization except in the proof ov Spherical~Turn~around. A standard ov cell rupture to recoverability ov the flesh, bones, and all parts ov the Living Human Carcass, shall be determiner. To exceed the standard will be determined, Physical~abuse. Neglect in the material capacity shall be determined by the Climate and Environment ov the Numbers ov Shared Reality. Spoil in the Material capacity, how~ever, shall be determined by harm to {1}one or more capacities ov the {8}Eight Capacities.
One{1} capacity’s prominence can not routinely be ov the sacrifice ov any other capacit(y)ies to the proof ov routine, or traumatic Harm. The Maximally and Minimally Adverse Vote Approvals
Every capacity shall be represented by {1}one Expert, preordained to sit the Panel and credentialed in Education, training and Good~Will. There may be that Expert ov innate, learned, and fluid Knowledge, ov Wisdom, as is better defined in the Link Expert ov Instance, here and to follow below. With the agreement of, no less than {3/4}three quarters Panel vote or {6}six Experts and the discretionary and diligent decision ov the Court, upon its appraisal and its appointed or selected representative to be Judge; creating a variance ov the Minimally Adverse Approval ov {3.666} to {.333} the {6} votes ov the highest {CCT} Chief Capacity Threatened to {2} votes lowest to the {CCT} Chief Capacity Threatened and a Maximally Adverse Approval ov {2.666} to {2.444} the {2} votes ov the highest {CCT} Chief Capacity Threatened to {6} votes ov the lower {CCT} Chief Capacity Threatened, for the {UVJ} Ultimate Variance ov Justice.
The goal is always to recreate or create a {TG1F} Targeted Genetic 1st Family, even if a vote to ‘Displace” has been arrived at. Displacement can not take part without utilizing a {COP} Family, having one {COP} Core Occupational Parent. Anyone receiving a Foster Child must be in mutually consented Advisement ov a {COP} or have submitted their application to the {COPE} Core Occupational Parenting Economy. If over time a Child/Children form Family outward from the point ov {TG1F} Targeted Genetic 1st Family and would be a disruption ov their place ov productivity in the Universe, they are not to be displaced again, but a {TG1FF} Targeted Genetic 1st Family Fluctuation will be the work load to fulfill. The goal is as close a relationship ov the immediacy ov the Genetic Bond as achievable. If a 67~year~old can stay productive with only the tolerance to speak “Hello,” once a month to their 45~year~old Offspring, who they’ve just met, and the 67~year~old can’t tolerate any more than that while maintaining productive existence, then that will be the goal ov maintenance with the mutual consent ov the Offspring. The {COP} Core Occupational Parent must still continuously seek to improve such a relationship, never exceeding the tolerance ov any Human Command Element.
What and Why a {COP} Core Occupational Parent is
A {COP} is a Core Occupational Parent. They are the key component to the Feature ov the {COPE} Core Occupational Parenting Economy wich is the Child. If the Child ov a {COP} is found to be in neglect, or abuse to any Capacit(y)ies at the fault ov any Family Member, the {COP} Core Occupational Parent shall forfeit payment ov the neglected or abused Capacit(y)ies, for the treatment ov the same Capacit(y)ies, but remain with payment for any Capacit(y)ies ov sound mind, body, and SPIRIT. The same shall be true for any Parent ordered to the {COPE} Core Occupational Parenting Economy, because abuse or neglect was found.
All relationships must indulge a person’s ability to engage in the {“ONE PURPOSE”} Expansion ov Universe and Dimensional Space Continuum. If the {COPE} Core Occupational Parenting Economy causes a bunch ov grumpy old men, it is not serving the Universal Order ov the Human Command Specie. If grumpy men cause even Expansion in the {2} dependent planes ov physical existence however, then we certainly are fulfilling purpose for our existence. The {1st} dependent plane is Universe {U} or Space~Time Continuum {STC} while the {2nd} dependent plane ov physical existence is the {DSC} Dimensional Space Continuum.
About the Human Capacities
With the current definition ov the SPIRIT and Mental, the SPIRITUALCapacity is adjacent any capacity. SPIRITUAL and Reproductive must also be the same representative.
The 1st Capacity is Psychological, branching {3} times to Physical, Emotional, and Cognitive. Those {3} meet at {1} branch, Mental, wich has {2} branches, Reproductive and Sociological. Those {2} branches meet at {1} branch, Material wich has {1} branch to Psychological. Included will be a crude diagram. Only the Capacity ov a direct branch is adjacent. A Capacity directly following an adjacent Capacity is once removed and the Capacity following that twice removed. The Material and Psychological Capacities are the only {2} Capacities that may treated as three times removed.
The Details ov the Vote ov Abuse/Neglect
The 1st vote amongst the eight Panel Members will be for {CCT} Chief Capacity Threatened by majority rule, with the Judge and Court Diligence each counting as a vote. Such will designate how voting shall then forth be carried out. The {CCT} will have a vote ov repeating eight {.888}. One ov the adjacent Capacities wich is 2nd most threatened will be a repeating seven {.777}, 3rd most threatened {.666}, and so~on down to least most threatened Capacity at repeating one {.111}. When the vote on any issue, the last ov wich is a verdict ov, ‘No Change,’ ‘COP Assistance’ or ‘Displacement,’ each vote is counted as it was designated with the highest number winning the vote. It is the last vote due to its impact on the Child, but may be reached at any time during the process as other votes and decisions may guide. There will be no dispute ov the Panel having {3} or fewer options withstanding the voting designation.
The Judge has a vote that is repeating nine {.999}, and the Court Diligence has a vote that is repeating one {.111}. When voting the Judge’s and the Diligence’s vote are independent, but count as {1} for the majority rule ov the {CCT} Chief Capacity Threatened. Neither the Judge nor Court Diligence may cast a {CCT} vote unless there is a tie for the highest number and they must cast to a vote in the tie for the decision ov {CCT} Chief Capacity Threatened.
There are three ways for a {2} vote to beat a {6} vote, and two ov them designate a revote. The first way does not. One ov the votes in a {2} over {6} vote must be the {CCT .888}}. That vote must have a surrogate vote, no more than {1} Capacity away from the {CCT}. So, the lowest vote that may surrogate a lone {CCT .888} is an adjacent Capacity {CCT .666} resulting in one point repeating five {1.555}. Since the other votes add up to {2.444} for ‘No Change,’ ‘COP Assistance,’ or ‘Displacement,’ the Judge may cast their {.999} with the {1.555} vote for a {2.555} win over the {2.444} and a {2} vote ov the Panel has beaten a {6} vote.
The Court Diligence may choose to cast with the Judge, against the Judge and with the other {6}, or cast for the 3rd Decision ov the ‘No Change,’ ‘COP Assistance,’ or ‘Displacement,’ Decision to influence the Check Package. If the Court Diligence cast against the Judge and with the {6}, the 2nd possibility for a {2} over {6} vote to be victorious is to revote after relacing {2} Panel Members ov the Court Diligence’s choice, probably the {CCT .888} {CCT .777} or {CCT .666}. If the the same Decision as the 1st vote is arrived at a 2nd time, {CCT .888} with a surrogate vote {CCT .666}, the Court Diligence’s is no longer independent but must correspond to the Judge’s vote, resulting in a {2.444} ov the {6} and a {2.666} ov the {2}, and {2} votes ov the Panel have won over {6} votes ov the Panel, with {2.777} being the highest vote achievable by {2] Panel Members.
The 3rd way for {2} votes to win over {6} votes is when the {CCT .888} vote and the Surrogate vote ov {CCT .666} or more, simply request ov the Judge that {3} ov the {6} Panel Members be replaced. If {5} ov the {6} Panel Members agree to the replacement, the voting cohort ov {6} Panel Members will choose the {3] to be replaced. If {5} ov the {6} Panel Members disagree with the replacement the Judge may stand down and deny the request ov the {2} votes or with the combined vote ov the Court Diligence, the Judge may replace all {5} ov the Panel Members. Voting shall then be carried out as normal with the 3rd possible destiny ov a {2} vote over a {6} vote at hand.
No more Members may be replaced therefore after but the vote may venture to the 1st way that a {2} over {6} may be successful, but after a replacement on the Panel by the Diligence and the Judge, the Diligence’s vote is no longer independent and must correspond to the Judge’s vote, in any {2} to {6} vote but remains independent in all other votes unless the Diligence’s vote would cause an unbreakable tie. In such a case the Court Diligence’s vote must not be cast but conserved by the Court. The replacement ov Panel Members is {5}, {3}, or {2} in number, with the choice belonging to them assigned to the replacing.
A Complete Understanding ov the Diligence Involved
The Court Diligence shall be a post, filled by an individual wich best represents the {Kot~C} Knowledge ov the Court. A Diligence shall be assigned to every Judge presiding over a Child’s welfare.
To understand the diligence needed for the Court to fulfill all reservations with the occupancy ov Universal Order, it is better to understand each Panel Member as an {8/8 Part}. The Judge is a ninth {8/8 Part} and with the Court Diligence making it a {9/8 Part}.
A Capacity Expert Panel Member {8/8 Part} in diligence is to know the adjacent Capacities’ Neurological and Physiological Effects and those Affective measures to the Capacity that they represent. Whereas in Court’s diligence is in the Judges {8/8 Part} ‘Individual Child/Children,’ ‘Family,’ ‘Community, No Change, ‘COP Assistance,’ ‘Displacement,’ ‘Personal Knowledge ov the {8} Capacities’ are {7} diligence ov the Judge’s diligence and their {8th} diligence actually resides in the ‘Personal Capacity Knowledge,’ ov the Court Diligence. The {9th} diligence ov the Court is conserved to the Court. It is Family and Community together in regard to the Court’s itself existence. When the Judge is considering their due diligence to the ‘Individual Child,’ the consideration is from the perspectives ov, ‘No Change,’ ‘COP Assistance,’ or ‘Displacement,’ and the same with Family, and Community in all the ways that they may be considered. e.g. The Communities standing among {COPE} Core Occupational Parenting Economy Communities, financial, crime rate, single parent status, full Family status, retail, tourism, unemployment, automation projection, the {SoP} Stay ov Progress position, {P81} Pyramid 81 status, and any other considerations ov the Community’s, ‘No Change,’ ‘COP Assistance’ and or ‘Displacement,’ in the town, county, State, Nation, Wold, and Star~Ship or Solar~System. They consider all these things for the Family, and the Individual.
The diligence ov the Process may accounted for in the completeness ov the steps in the procedure. The 1st diligence ov the Process is the Child’s Status Abuse ot Neglect. As soon as the {CCT} Chief Capacity Threatened has been named, The Judge must deliver and Appraisal Package to the Panel ov {8} Capacity Experts. It is the 3rd diligence, comprised ov the Judge’s {8/8 Part} diligence and what has been learned up to the assignment ov the {CCT}. The Appraisal Package must address the Judges concerns in this specific case ov, ‘No Change,’ ‘COP Assistance,’ or ‘Displacement,’ or any case ov, ‘No Change,’ ‘COP Assistance,’ or ‘Displacement.’ ‘Specific case,’ and ‘any case,’ are hard~guides, with information befitting one or the other but not both. Siblings, Soul~mates, and Friends who are dependent Children may not be displaced from the other children for a period ov longer than 3 days, in which they will maintain the most intimate communication affordable to the health ov the Child/Children. When {5} Neighbors Report Abuse

The Court must satisfy these diligences ov the Complete Plan and Appraisal Check Solutions, but only as much information as a diligence need. e.g. {3} assurances ov Community and an assurance ov their personal family in the decision ov the Process. Some Children will grow into Government employment and not Business. These will also be addressed {CADET~and~OPET}. “{COPs} Core Occupational Parents” will not pay ‘income tax’ but they will pay taxes on goods {CADET~in~OPET}. Because the {OPET} may be the only “Security Regulation”, all financial flows must be to and from it. When~ever this is not the case an intervention~regulation must be in place. The Central Government must continuously demonstrate with media/medium the plot back to {1}one company. The sale ov Government Company Bonds or Shares to American Citizens must be the Spine ov all {GEARS} builds. Such an event must ‘head~line’ Government news and all public~disclosures for a period no less than {90}ninety days. With~in those {90}ninety days, and therefore after, the Central Government must by any means ov the vote and by inter~net vote attain {1/4}one~quarter ayes ov the available voting Citizenry ov voting~regularity ov “We the People” to evelop beyond the initial {5}five companies, then attain the ayes {1/3}one~third ov the same voting body to remain the same throughout the TEMPORARY expansion, for {10}ten companies, {1/2}one~half for {20}twenty companies, and {2/3}two~thirds for {40}forty. After {40}forty companies the vote shall culminate in the Market~vote, by which {7/9}seven~ninths ayes shall vote to take a market(s). Simultaneous to the acquisition’s success the Central Government’s holdings shall recede {5}five by {2}two, leaving companies proofs ov independence ov the Central Government’s TEMPORARY interests fulfillment. The Central Government shall sell to the American public {10)ten Companies at a time, with {5}five or (2} years between each sale with all Bonds matured. Those companies gaining independence shall give a Full Faith and Credit report to “We the People” via the same media/medium initially used by the Central Government. The economy is still not quite complete. The reason is incentive. Everything in the industrial discovery ov the Human Element is an extension ov our own mechanical design and function. How old are Children when they decide that the front ov a car looks like a person’s face and has gasoline for food? Our powers ov invention reveal more and more insight about our own Existence. The next closest mechanism to our own function was the invention ov the computer. Though it is a far inferior representation, the computer reflects higher processes ov the Human Element like thought. It can mimic a portion ov the thought process radically faster than Humans can, but it does not function with extremely refined cohesiveness ov the other processes around and contributing to thought. The most important discovery in computer design is codes and reveals a final designation about Human Existence. If indeed everything in Existence must have a numerical value, the whole atomic and chemical consistency that we call physical Existence is encoded, and running like a computer program. Our physical Existence would be called the program, “UNIVERSE.” It must be an infinitely more sophisticated and dominant program to any ov our alternate~reality programs and its CPU Central Processing Unit is called the DSC Dimensional Space Continuum. The Human Element, Planets, Stars, and everything in physical Existence is its hard~ware. There may be other components that contribute to the program, “UNIVERSE,” outside ov the Universe, but we can only be sure ov what contributes inside ov the Universe. We don’t have all ov the numerical assignments yet, but we do have the entire build from the perception ov motion with the Spherical Set E~LAW Human Earth. Everything in the program, “UNIVERSE” contributes at various values, with the primary Elemental value from the Command Element, which is the Human Element, or the Human Command Element. There can only be {1}one Prime Directive in, “UNIVERSE” and the Dimensional Space Continuum.
That Directive is Expansion, because if it was anything else, we wouldn’t be here. Nothing else works in its place. So, how does the Command Element and all other Elements fulfill the Prime Directive? Well the Subordinate Elements only provide support to the Human Command Human Element and the Human Command Element is to optimize the Subordinate Elements function by knowledge ov theirs and its own design. The Subordinate Elements are Animal, Vegetation, and Planet is both an Element and an Essential. The Command Element is to employ the Synergetic Soft~ware ov its own mechanical body and is the endorsement, medium, and soft~ware amplification ov the Subordinate Elements. Certainly there is a Numerical Elemental Interface and Function ov the Synergetic Soft~ware, which executes or performs the Prime Directive fulfillment. The name ov the Synergetic Soft~ware Package is Happiness. We know this because at the times that the Elements are in default ov their Command the result is Misery and the Program “UNIVERSE,” begins to decay. When the Command Elements produce the Program Requirement Happiness, the Program is in Fulfillment. It all seems simple enough. The fulfillment ov Expansion by the intermotionous conversions ov Dimensional Space, but we can’t seem to stay Happy.
The reason we don’t stay Happy is the systematic default ov the Primary Source ov the Requirement or the Prime Object. The Human Command Element’s Primary Source ov the Program’s Requirement is;
The LAW ov Eternal Human Survivability and Dominion: To produce offspring to the healthiest state ov independence is as important to the survival ov the specie as food and water is to the individual.
We can not satisfy the LAW ov Eternal Human Survivability and Dominion with any other economy in place ov the COPE AI Core Occupational Parenting Economy Amendment Inception. The Automation Needed
I think any economy proposing moving to more fully automated systems, must be expressive ov the human need with Technological advancement. “We will not have service from that wich we do not and can not service ourselves. We owe it to ourselves and A.I. to consider how and when Artificial Intelligence may be considered a being itself and the type ov Existence it would have being that being. I absolutely believe that until we understand the previous considerations completely we Do Not build machines that function by mimicking human mechanics or superior mechanics but specific to the reason that the machine is created in the 1st place. We shouldn’t just create a harder, stronger, more agile us to devour our Existence here.

I am typing this paragraph last as if it was 1st. Recycling will be the 1st business ov Industry behind Parenting due to the amount ov engagement in the industrial lifestyle.
