Replenishment ov the {5} Planetary Essentials; Planet which is an Essential and an Element, the Particle Deuterium and any Particle ov {1} Electron, {1} Neutron, {1} Proton, Water, Landmass, and Crude Oil. I say these replenish dependent on the status ov the Command Element.
