The Maximally and Minimally Adverse Vote Approvals for Abuse 

Every capacity shall be represented by {1}one Expert, preordained to sit the Panel and credentialed in Education, training and Good~Will. There may be that Expert ov innate, learned, and fluid Knowledge, ov Wisdom, as is better defined in the Link Expert ov Instance. With the agreement of, no less than {3/4}three quarters Panel vote or {6}six Experts and the discretionary and diligent decision ov the Court, upon its appraisal and its appointed or selected representative to be Judge; creating a variance ov the Minimally Adverse Approval ov {3.666} to {.333} the {6} votes ov the  highest {CCT} Chief Capacity Threatened to {2} votes lowest to the {CCT} Chief Capacity Threatened and a Maximally Adverse Approval ov {2.666} to {2.444} the {2} votes ov the highest {CCT} Chief Capacity Threatened to {6} votes ov the lower {CCT} Chief Capacity Threatened, for the {UVJ} Ultimate Variance ov Justice.
